Ray Liu

Founder, Say Do 100 Consulting

I'm an independent management consultant based in New York City and have run Say Do 100 Consulting since 2015. My work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — helping senior leaders in HR, Transformation, and Strategy functions cut through complexity and move work forward.

Throughout my career, I've designed workforce plans, stood up PMOs, built BI and reporting environments, and led AI adoption programs for Fortune 500 and PE-backed mid-market clients. Industries have included consumer packaged goods, luxury goods, industrial manufacturing, technology, consumer health, professional services, and more. My longest engagements have been embedded roles supporting senior technology and operations leaders through multi-year transformations.

Before starting my own practice, I was a human capital consultant at Mercer in Singapore and a market researcher at Nielsen in Connecticut. I spent three years working across Southeast Asia on HR transformation, executive compensation, and HRIS engagements.

I hold an MBA from Columbia Business School, a BA in Economics and Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.

Outside of work, I swim, cycle everywhere in New York City, and can still solve a Rubik's Cube.
